利用负载银离子的D72树脂分离纯化蚕蛹油中α-亚麻酸

【摘要】 研究了α-亚麻酸(ALA)在负载银离子的D72大孔离子交换树脂上的吸附分离,考察了ALA在D72-Ag+树脂上的等温吸附、吸附动力学及操作条件对ALA在D72-Ag+固定床上的穿透曲线及洗脱曲线的影响,并在此基础上研究了D72-Ag+固定床对蚕蛹混合脂肪酸中ALA的分离效果。结果表明,ALA在D72-Ag+树脂上的等温吸附可用Langmuir等温吸附方程描述,吸附动力学行为基本遵循Lagergren速率方程,ALA的穿透曲线实验数据可用Bohart-Adams模型方程拟合并计算其穿透时间。蚕蛹混合脂肪酸中ALA经D72-Ag+树脂床吸附后,采用石油醚洗脱,ALA含量由35.1%提高到92.0%,回收率为83.9%。

【Abstract】 Separation of alpha-linolenic acid(ALA) from silkworm chrysalis fatty acids by adsorption on D72 resin loaded silver ion was studied.The adsorption isotherms and kinetics of ALA on D72-Ag+ resin were investigated.The effects of operation conditions on breakthrough curves of ALA in D72-Ag+ resin fixed bed were also discussed,and further the separation of ALA from silkworm chrysalis fatty acids was performed.The results showed that equilibrium adsorption data were fitted by Langmuir isotherms model,and kinetic data were approximated by Lagergren equation.The breakthrough curves data were fitted by Bohart-Adams equation,which could be used to calculate the breakthrough time of ALA in D72-Ag+ resin bed at fixed operation conditions.By using fixed bed packed with D72-Ag+ resin,the content of ALA in the mixed fatty acids from silkworm chrysalis was raised from 35.1% to 92.0% with a recovery of 83.9%.
