微波辅助提取花生壳黄酮类化合物及其抗氧化性研究

【摘要】 研究了花生壳中黄酮类化合物的提取条件,并探讨了花生壳黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,原料先用体积分数为80%的乙醇溶液65℃下预热浸提1 h,然后再进行微波辅助提取。微波辅助提取的最佳条件为:料液比1∶30,微波功率515 W,微波辐射时间120 s,在此条件下花生壳黄酮类化合物的提取率可达83.7%。花生壳中黄酮类化合物有较强的自由基清除能力和一定的抗脂质过氧化能力。

【Abstract】 The conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull and the antioxidant activity of flavonoids were discussed.The results showed that the raw material was first soaked in 80% ethanol for 1 h at 65℃,then extracted with the assistance of microwave.The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows:ratio of solid mass to liquid volume 1∶30,microwave power 515 W,irradiation time 120 s.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was 83.7%.The extract had strong ability of the clearance of free radical and certain antioxidant activity.
