去卵巢大鼠干预后骨生物力学研究
Empirical study on bone’s vitodynamics of ovariectomized rats post-intervention
【摘要】 目的:评价骨碎补总黄酮、左归丸、右归丸、二仙益骨汤对去卵巢大鼠骨生物力学的影响。方法:取12周龄雌性SD大鼠80只,其中70只打开腹腔去除双侧卵巢,另10只仅仅打开腹腔不切除卵巢。分组饲养12周后,每组再给予不同的药物喂养12周,处死后分别取股骨和腰椎测定骨生物力学指标。结果:高剂量骨碎补总黄酮、二仙益骨汤明显提高去卵巢SD大鼠股骨的最大应力及断裂时应力,提高腰椎的最大压应力及位移;低剂量骨碎补总黄酮,左归丸、右归丸与模型组相比各项指标改善无统计学意义。结论:不同的补肾中药对去卵巢大鼠骨生物力学的改善不尽相同,二仙益骨汤、高剂骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨生物力学的改善优于左归丸、右归丸及低剂量骨碎补总黄酮。
【Abstract】 Objective:To appraise the influences of total flavonoids in fortune’s drynaria rhizome,ZUOGUIWAN (ZGW,a TCM composition),YOUGUIWAN (YGW,a TCM composition ) and ERXIANYGT (EXYGT,a TCM composition) on bone’s vitodynamics of ovariectomized rats. Methods: 80 cases of 12-week-old female SD rats were choosed for the experiment,70 caes of them were opened abdominal cavity and removed both sides of ovaries,the other 10 cases were just opened abdominal cavity.they were divided into groups and raised. After 12 weeks,different medicine were given to the groups and raised for 12 weeks. Then they were killed and determined biomechanical indexes of femur and lumbar. Results: High dose of total flavonoids in fortune’s drynaria rhizome and EXYGT could obviously elevate the maximum stress and anti-break stress of SD rats’ femur,and sublimate the maximum stress and creep of SD rats’ lumbar. There had no statistical significance on all indexes of low dose of total flavonoids in fortune’s drynaria rhizome,ZGW,YGW and model group. Conclusion: Different Chinese crude drugs had diefferent improvement on the bone’s vitodynamics of ovariectomized rats,the functions of EXYGT and high dose of total flavonoids in fortune’s drynaria rhizomewere super to those of ZGW,YGW and low dose of total flavonoids in fortune’s drynaria rhizome.
