【摘要】 目的:观察化痰祛湿法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效及其对患者椎动脉血流速度、血液黏度的影响。方法:将120例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组各60例。两组均给于复方丹参注射液等,治疗组加用加味温胆汤,在治疗前后均行双侧椎动脉多普勒检查和血液黏度检测,并观察症状改善结果。采用SPSS11.5软件包进行统计学要析。结果:治疗组治疗后左、右椎动脉收缩期血液速度、舒张期血流速度比治疗前均显著增快(P<0.01),并显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度值和血浆黏度值比治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01)并显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组疗效治愈率及总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的基础上加用化痰祛湿法能改善椎动脉血流速度和血液黏度,提高治疗有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of HUATANQUSHI method to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and the influence of it to blood flow rate and blood apparent viscosity of patients’ arteria vertebralis.Methods:120 cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups,group A(therapy group,compound salvia injection and supplemented gallbladder-warming decoction added)and group B(control group,compound salvia injection used single),30 cases ineach group.Doppler examinations and blood apparent viscosity detections were made on both sides of patients’ arteria vertebralis pre-and post-treatment.Effects of their improving were boserved and the datas were analyzed statistically by SPSS11.5 package.Results:It showed that post-treatment in group A blood flow rates of their both-side arteria vertebralis in periods of contraction and relaxation increased obviously than those Pre-treatment(P<0.01),and they were super to those of group B post-treatment(P<0.01).On viscosity values of whole blood and plasma in group A,it degraeded significantly post-treatment than that of pre-treatment(P<0.01),and was significantly lower than that of group B post-treatment(P<0.05).There had significant difference on their cure rates of curative effect and total effective rates in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method above could improve blood flow rate and blood apparent viscosity of patients’ arteria vertebralis,and elevate effective powers of treatment.It should be spreaded clinically to cure vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.更多还原
