【摘要】 目的:评价经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入结合椎弓根钉系统复位固定融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的应用价值。方法:对30例腰椎滑脱症,经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入结合短节段椎弓根钉复位系统,行减压、复位、内固定、椎体间及后外侧植骨融合等治疗。结果:经10~28个月,平均13.6个月随访,短时神经功能障碍1例,临床疗效优良率93.3%,椎间融合率96.7%。结论:经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入加短节段椎弓根钉复位固定融合术操作简单,并发症少,治疗费用低,临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To estimate the clinical value of single interbody fusion cage planted through the approach of foramen intervertebrale combined with pedicle screw system(positioning,fixing and coalescing) used to cure lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:30 cases of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were cured by the methods above.And the measures of decompression,positioning,internal fixation and bone graft fusion in the intermedial and posterolateral of centrums.Results: they were made for follow up,from 10 months to 28 months,average for 13.6 months.there had 1 case of short-time functional disturbance on nerve,the fine rate of clinically curative effect was 93.3%,and the fusion rate was 96.7%.Conclusion: the methodabove was an effective approach on curing lumbar spondylolisthesis for it could simplify operative procedures,reduce complications,degrade cost of management and obtain satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
