【摘要】 目的:对比观察单侧多功能外固定支架治疗不同形状胫腓骨骨折的临床愈合时间。方法:对283例采用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗的新鲜闭合性胫腓骨骨折病人进行随访分析。结果:不同形状的骨折愈合时间不同,分别为横形骨折93 d、斜形骨折121.5 d、螺旋形骨折130.3 d、粉碎形骨折191.4 d。结论:胫腓骨骨折经单侧多功能外固定支架固定后,骨折愈合速度依次为横形骨折、斜形骨折、螺旋形骨折、粉碎形骨折。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To contrast and observe the clinical healing time of different kinds of fractures of tibiofibula after being treated with the unilateral multifunctional external fixation braces.Methods:283 cases of fresh closed frac- tures of tibiofibula treated with the unilateral muhifunctional external fixation braces were follow-up survey.Results: The healing time of different types of fractures was different.They were respectively as follows:93 days for transverse fracture,121.5 days for oblique fracture,130.3 days for spiral fracture and 191.4 days for comminuted fracture. Conclusion:After being treated with the unilateral multifunetional external fixation braces,the transverse fracture heal fast,while the oblique fracture and spiral fracture heal slowly.The healing time of the comminuted fracture is the lon- gest.更多还原
