【摘要】 目的:探讨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现特征,提高其诊断准确率。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的26例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的CT和MRI表现。结果:位于腹膜后12例、肠系膜2例、四肢肌肉6例和其它部位6例。不同部位的病灶其影像特征既有其共性又有其特异性。结论:CT和MRI综合检查能较明显地提高恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To research the CT and MRI features of the Malignant fibrous histiocytoma,and improve its diagnostic accuracy. Materials and Methods:The CT and MR findings of 26 cases with the malignant fibrous histiocytoma proved by operation and pathology,werse analized retrospectivily. Results:There were 12 cases in retroperitoniun,2 cases in mesentery,6 cases in limb muscles,and 6 cases in other parts of the body. According to the location of the lesons they had variable CT and MR characteristics. Conclusion:A comprehensive CT and MRI examination can relatively improve diagnostic accuracy of malignant fibrous histiocytoma.更多还原
