【摘要】 目的:评价膀胱癌的CT征象与手术病理改变之间的关系。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的膀胱癌82例,男的78例,女的4例,将肿瘤的CT征象与手术病理分期结果进行对照分析。结果:膀胱癌肿瘤的细胞类型与CT征象之间没有明显关系,但肿瘤细胞级别与CT分期之间存在明显的正相关。结论:CT分期在很大程度上可反映肿瘤的恶性程度,螺旋CT应作为膀胱癌术前常规和主要的影像检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the relationship between the CT features and surgical pathology of bladder carcinoma.Materials and Methods: 82 patients(male 78 and female 4) with pathologically proved bladder carcinoma and their CT materials were retrospectively analyzed.All the CT diagnostic results were compared with the results of surgical pathology.Results: No correlation between the CT features and cellular types of bladder carcinoma was revealed,but there was a significant positive correlation between CT staging and tumor cellular grade.Conclusions: CT staging could reflect malignant degree of the bladder carcinoma in a great extent.Spiral CT should be adopted as a conventional and main imaging examination for bladder carcinoma before operation.更多还原
