【摘要】 目的:探讨卵巢转移癌的超声图像特征。材料和方法:分析经病理证实的48例卵巢转移癌超声图像特征,并与50例卵巢癌、68例卵巢囊腺瘤及48例卵巢交界性肿瘤对比。结果:卵巢转移癌多双侧,少数实性,多囊实性。囊实性者特征性表现为:(1)边界清;(2)≤3个囊区,囊区呈类圆形且壁光整、内无乳头或实性回声;(3)RI<0.5;(4)腹水,以此四项诊断囊实性卵巢转移癌的敏感性和特异性分别为90.5%、88.4%。结论:囊实性卵巢转移癌的超声图像具有一定特征性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of metastases to the ovary.Materials and Methods: The sonographic features of 48 pathologically proved metastases to the ovary were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of 50 cases of ovary cancer,68 cases of ovarian cystadenoma,and 48 cases of borderline ovarian tumors.Results: The majority of ovarian metastases involved bilateral ovaries,most of them as cystic lesion with solid component.The ultrasonographic characteristics included:(1)clear borderline;(2)number of cysts less than three,with smooth wall and no solid content in the cysts;(3)RI<0.5;and(4)with ascites.The sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of metastases using the 4 features mentioned above was 90.5% and 88.4%,repectively.Conclusion: The sonographic features of metastases to ovary were of diagnostic value.更多还原
