【摘要】 目的观察单纯性高脂血症患者血清内皮脂酶(endothelial lipase,EL)的变化及其影响因素。方法单纯性高脂血症患者39例,对照组31例。酶联免疫吸附法测定血清EL,放射免疫法测定血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)。采用t检验比较两组资料差异,Spearman秩相关分析得出EL与各危险因素的相关性。结果高脂组EL明显高于对照组(11.73ng/mL±3.27ng/mL vs4.99ng/mL±1.43ng/mL,P<0.01);Spearman相关分析EL与IL-6、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇正相关(r=0.344,0.38,0.245,P分别是0.007,0.001,0.042),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇负相关(r=-0.31,P=0.008)。结论单纯性高脂血症患者血清EL水平升高,可能导致高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低,并与高脂血症造成的炎症状态有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between endothelial lipase(EL)and metabolic indexes.Methods Thirty-nine patients with simple hyperlipemia were selected as hyperlipemia group and 31 healthy individuals as control group.The level of serum endothelial lipase was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the level of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)was measured by radioimmunity.The differences of two groups’ data were compared by t-test.Spearman correlation analysis was adopted to obtain the relationships between serum endothelial lipase and other risk factors.Results The levels of serum endothelial lipase in hyperlipemia group were increased significantly compared with control group(11.73 ng/mL±3.27 ng/mL vs 4.99 ng/mL±1.43 ng/mL,P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between EL and IL-6,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),whereas a negative correlation between EL and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)(r=-0.31,P=0.008).Conclusion The levels of serum endothelial lipase were increased in patients with simple hyperlipemia,which might lead to the reduction of serum HDL-C levels.Endothelial lipase might be correlated with the inflammatory state caused by hyperlipemia.更多还原
