【摘要】 目的:探讨夏天无总碱对家兔血液流变性及血小板聚集的影响。方法:测定静脉注射夏天无总碱对家兔血黏度和血小板聚集的影响。结果:夏天无总碱0.1,0.2,0.4mg/kg可显著降低家兔全血粘度、红细胞压积和红细胞聚集指数,抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)和胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集。结论:夏天无总碱具有改善家兔血液流变性,抑制血小板聚集的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To study the effects of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis (TARCD) on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in rabbits. Methods: Blood viscosity and platelet aggregation were measured after intravenous injection of TARCD in rabbits. Results: TARCD significantly reduced plasma and serum viscosity in rabbits, inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP, AA and collagen. Conclusion: TARCD possessed the ability of improving blood viscosity and inhibiting platelet aggregation.更多还原
