【摘要】 目的探讨紫花地丁水浸出物对HepG2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg的影响。方法将加药培养液和HepG2.2.15细胞共同培养3、6、9天后,采用MTT和ELISA法分别测定紫花地丁对细胞的毒性作用和对上清液中HBsAg含量的影响。结果紫花地丁是一种低毒药物,可有效地抑制HepG2.2.15细胞分泌的HBsAg。结论紫花地丁水浸出物在体外有一定的抗HBV作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of Viola Yedoensis Makino on HBsAg secreted by HepG2.2.15 cells.Methods The cytotoxic effects of different concentrations of Viola Yedoensis Makino on HepG2.2.15 cells was evaluated with MTT assay.At 3d,6d and 9d after culture,HBsAg in the supernatant was detected by ELISA.Results Viola Yedoensis Makino has high performance and low toxicity feature,which can inhibit HBsAg secreted by HepG2.2.15 cells.Conclusions Viola Yedoensis Makino has the inhibitive effects against HBsAg in vitro.更多还原
