【摘要】 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1a(HIF-1a)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在子痫前期患者胎盘和血清中的表达水平并分析两者之间的相关性,初步探讨两者在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化的实验方法检测HIF-1a在50例子痫前期及25例正常晚期妊娠患者胎盘组织中的表达,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)的方法检测其血清中HGF水平。结果子痫前期组胎盘HIF-1a表达高于正常晚期妊娠组,血清HGF水平低于正常晚期妊娠组。胎盘组织中HIF-1a的表达与血清HGF水平呈负相关。结论HIF-Ia和HGF可能在子痫前期发病中起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression and the relationship of HIF-1a and HGF in placenta and maternal serum of preeclampsia.To investigate the role of hypoxia inducible factor-1a and hepatocyte growth factor in the pathogenesis of Preeclampsia.Methods:Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of HIF-1a in placenta collected from 50 preeclampsia patients and 25 normotensive controls,using enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA)to detach the level of HGF in serum.Results:The expression of HIF-1a of placental tissues was significantly higher in preeclampsia groups than in normal pregnancy group.HGF level in the maternal serum from preeclampsia group was significantly lower than those from normal pregnancies.The expression of HIF-1a was negatively correlated to the level of HGF.Conclusions:HIF-1a and HGF may have important role in pathogenesis of preeclampsia.更多还原
