TGFβ1与EGFR在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的检测转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor beta 1,TGF-β1)以及表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在子宫内膜异位症中的表达,探讨两者在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜(10例)、异位内膜(10例)、正常子宫内膜(10例)中TGF-β1和EGFR的表达情况。结果TGF-β1在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组中的表达显著高于子宫内膜异位症在位内膜组及对照组(P<0.05),TGF-β1在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜组及对照组中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);EGRF在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组及在位内膜组中的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05),EGFR在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组及在位内膜组中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1及EGFR的异常表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in human endometriosis,to explore the role of TGF-β1and EGFR in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:Immunohistochem-ical SP method was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and EGFR in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 10 cases with endometriosis,and in the normal endometrium of 10 cases without endometriosis.Results:The expression of TGF-β1 in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis were significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the expression of TGF-β1 in eutopic endometrium of human endometriosis and normal endometrium(P>0.05).The expression of EGFR in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium were significantly lower than that in normal endometrium(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the expression of EGFR in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium(P>0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of TGF-β1 and EGFR might be correlation with the pathogenesis of human endometriosis.
