【摘要】 目的研究雌、孕激素对妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)表达的影响。方法利用经典延迟着床模型,应用免疫组织化学染色及图像分析技术,对去除双侧卵巢后雌、孕激素作用下小鼠子宫内膜IL-8蛋白的表达进行半定量分析。结果联合应用雌二醇和孕酮(E2+P4)组IL-8蛋白表达高于P4组,但低于对照组。结论小鼠胚泡着床前,联合应用雌、孕激素可上调子宫内膜IL-8蛋白的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Estrogen and Progestogen on the expression of Interleukin-8 in mouse endometrium during early pregnant.Methods:With immunohistochemical stain and image analysis technique,we established classics delayed implantation model and observed the regulation of IL-8 expression by progestogen and estrogen in mouse endometrium without ovaries during early pregnant.Results:The expression of IL-8 in estrogen and progestogen group was higer than in progestogen group,but lower than in control group.Conclusion:In vivo progestogen and estrogen were used together can up-regulate the express of IL-8 in the epithelium of mouse endometrium before blastocyst implantation.更多还原
