【摘要】 目的研究聚花过路黄中的化学成分。方法应用硅胶柱色谱进行化学成分分离,通过谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定出6个化合物:β-豆甾醇(1)、槲皮素(2)、3’-甲基杨梅黄酮(3)、丁香亭-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(4)、ardicrenin(5)和ardisiacrispin A(6)。结论从聚花过路黄中分离得到6个化合物,其中化合物(5)为首次从该植物中发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the constituents in Lysimachia congestiflora.Methods The constituents were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography,and their structures were identified by spectroscopy methods.Results β-Stigmasterol(1),quercetin(2),myricetin 3′-methyl ether(3),syringetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosid(4),ardicrenin(5) and ardisiacrispin A(6) were isolated and identified.Conclusion Six compounds have been isolated from Lysimachia congestiflora,and ardicrenin(5) is isolated from this species for the first time.更多还原
