【摘要】 目的观察湿热痹颗粒的镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠醋酸扭体实验来观察湿热痹颗粒的镇痛作用;采用小鼠毛细血管通透性实验及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验观察湿热痹颗粒的抗炎作用;采用Mtb免疫SD大鼠诱导类风湿关节炎模型,通过定期测定大鼠外周血白细胞数、足爪肿胀度并评定炎症积分,观察湿热痹颗粒对模型大鼠关节炎症的抑制作用。结果湿热痹颗粒高、低剂量组均能明显减少醋酸刺激所致的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01);抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及二甲苯所引起的耳廓肿胀(P<0.05);显著减轻类风湿关节炎模型大鼠足爪肿胀程度、降低外周血白细胞数目及关节炎症积分(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论湿热痹颗粒具有良好的镇痛抗炎作用,且以高剂量组为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Shirebi Granules(SG) in mice and SD rats.Methods The analgesia effect was observed by mice twisting model induced by ethanoic acid.The anti-inflammatory effect was investigated by xylene-induced mice auricular swelling test and mice capillary permeability increase test caused by ethanoic acid.The SD rat model of rheumatoid arthritis was made by subcutaneous immunization at the base of the tail with heat-killed mycobacterium tuberculolytic H37Ra(Mtb),and then was used to regularly observe the peripheral white blood cells count,and the scores of paw swelling and inflammation.Results SG can significantly decrease the times of twisting response(P < 0.01),inhibit the degree of auricular swelling and the permeability of the capillary(P < 0.05),and decrease the sum number of the white corpuscle,the degree of pedal swelling and the inflammation score in rheumatoid arthritis rats(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion Shirebi Granules has obvious analgesia and anti-inflammation effects in mice and SD rats,especially the high dose.更多还原
