【摘要】 目的探讨超声在腹主动脉瘤破裂诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析8例腹主动脉瘤破裂患者的超声声像图特征,并与手术结果或CT进行对比。结果超声可以显示腹主动脉瘤(8/8,100%),并能发现后腹膜血肿(7/8,87.50%)和腹腔积血(5/7,71.43%)。结论超声检查有助于腹主动脉瘤破裂的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography diagnosis of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA).Methods Eight patients of ruptured AAA were reviewed,the sonographic findings were compared with surgery and/or CT results.Results Ultrasonography identified AAA in 8 cases(100%),retroperitoneal hematoma(7/8,87.50%)and hemoperitoneum(5/7,71.43%)were recognized with ultrasound.Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used to confirm ruptured AAA.更多还原
