【摘要】 目的初步探讨肾癌根治术前肾动脉栓塞的选择标准。方法42例肾细胞癌患者,采用不同栓塞剂行患侧肾动脉栓塞,2～5天后行根治术,记录术中出血量、手术时间及术后住院时间。随机抽取30例单纯根治术肾癌患者进行对照。比较不同栓塞剂及不同病理类型肾细胞癌栓塞的效果。结果栓塞组术中出血量少,手术时间短,术后恢复快;采用无水乙醇+超液化碘油栓塞后术中出血量减少更加明显;栓塞治疗对未分化细胞癌效果最好。结论肾动脉栓塞是一种安全、有效的手段,对肾癌根治术具有一定的临床价值;制定合适的选择标准,有利于进一步提高临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the selection criteria of transcatheter renal artery embolization before radical nephrectomy in renal carcinoma.Methods Forty-two patients of renal carcinoma were treated with transcatheter renal artery embolization using different emboliaztion agents.Radical nephrectomy was performed 2 to 5 days after embolization.Operative time,blood loss and length of stay after surgery were calculated.Thirty patients treated only with radical nephrectomy were randomly chosen for contrast group.The therapeutic effect of different emboliaztion agents and different pathological types of renal carcinoma were compared.Results Less blood loss,shorter operation time and quicker postoperative recovery were observed in embolization group.Using absolute alcohol+lipiodol as embolization agent,operative blood loss decreased obviously.The therapeutic effect of renal artery embolization to undifferentiated renal carcinoma was the best.Conclusion Transcatheter renal artery embolization is a safe and effect method,and is valuable for radical nephrectomy in renal carcinoma.Suitable selection criteria will further improve its clinical value.更多还原
