超声动脉健康评估测量健康人颈动脉内中膜
Observation of healthy carotid intima-media thickness with ultrasound arterial health package
【摘要】 目的探讨颈总动脉内中膜厚度(CIMT)正常值对正常人群血管年龄评估的可行性。方法采用彩色超声动脉健康评估(AHP)定量分析技术对73名40~70岁健康人双侧CIMT进行测量,获取各年龄段血管年龄的数据。结果73名正常人双侧CIMT平均值:40~50岁组:男、女分别为(0.42±0.08)mm和(0.42±0.06)mm;51~60岁组:男、女分别为(0.46±0.09)mm和(0.45±0.06)mm;61~70岁组:男、女分别为(0.48±0.09)mm和(0.49±0.09)mm。三组血管年龄均值分别为:男:(28.86±4.12)岁、(33.38±5.25)岁、(34.30±2.32)岁,女:(30.00±3.08)岁、(34.09±3.44)岁、(39.66±7.27)岁,血管年龄值单因素方差分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左、右两侧血管年龄值成组t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用AHP定量分析功能可准确测量颈总动脉内中膜厚度,对临床预防和治疗心脑血管意外有重要指导价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the feasibility of evaluating the vascular age with normal carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) value of healthy subjects. Methods Siemens Sequoia-512 ultrasound scanner with AHP was used to measure CIMT of 73 healthy subjects aged from 40 to 70 years old. Then the vascular age of different age groups were calculated. Results The mean CIMT of the normal male was(0.42±0.08) mm in the 40-50 years old group,(0.46±0.09) mm in the 51-60 years old group,and(0.48±0.09) mm in the 61-70 years old group. The mean CIMT of the normal female was(0.42±0.06) mm in the 40-50 years old group,(0.45±0.06) mm in the 51-60 years old group,and(0.49±0.09) mm in the 61-70 years old group. The mean vascular age of the male was 28.86±4.12 in the 40-50 years old group,33.38±5.25 in the 51-60 years old group,34.30±2.32 in the 61-70 years old group,while the corresponding values of the female were 30.00±3.08,34.09±3.44 and 39.66±7.27 respectively. The differences in vascular age of different groups were significant(P<0.05) . There was significant difference in vascular age value between left and right side(P<0.001) . Conclusion AHP technique can be used to measure CIMT accurately. It is of great significance in prevention and therapy of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
