【摘要】 目的探讨As2O3经TACE途径给药治疗兔VX2移植性肝肿瘤的价值。方法将具有VX2移植肝脏肿瘤的日本大耳白兔24只随机平均分成3组,每组8只。经TACE途径分别给予UFLP1ml+As2O32mg(实验组Ⅰ)、UFLP1ml+As2O32mg+ADM1mg(实验组Ⅱ)及UFLP1ml(对照组),比较观察3组荷瘤兔在TACE术前与术后3周肿瘤体积变化及瘤组织生长情况,对肿瘤、瘤周和正常组织进行TUNEL检测,观察细胞凋亡状况。结果治疗后两实验组肿瘤体积缩小,此二组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二实验组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组肿瘤体积无明显变化。两实验组肿瘤细胞坏死率和凋亡率明显高于对照组。结论As2O3经TACE途径给药能够有效抑制兔VX2移植性肝肿瘤生长,这种作用可能是通过增加肿瘤细胞坏死和凋亡来实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of As2O3 in the treatment of hepatic VX2 transplanted tumor via TACE.Methods Twenty-four rabbits with hepatic VX2 transplanted tumor were randomly divided into three groups(each n=8).The UFLP 1 ml+As2O3 2 mg(test groupⅠ)and UFLP 1 ml+As2O3 2 mg+ADM 1 mg(test groupⅡ)and UFLP 1 ml(control group)were infused into the tumor via TACE respectively.The tumor volume of the different groups were compared,and the tumor tissues were sampled to investigate the necrosis and apoptosis in tumor with the TUNEL and HE stain.Results Three weeks after TACE,the tumor volumes of two test groups were reduced,while the tumor volume of control group did not change obviously.There were significant differences between the test groups and control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the two test groups(P>0.05).There were more necrosis portion and apoptosis cells in tumor of the test groups than that of control group.Conclusion As2O3 could effectively inhibit hepatic VX2 transplanted tumor via TACE,which maybe duo to the necrosis and apoptosis of neoplastic parenchyma induced by As2O3.更多还原
