【摘要】 目的探讨风疹的临床表现和流行特征,为今后防治工作提供依据。方法对645例风疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果发病人群主要为学生,男多于女。采用中西医结合对症治疗,全部治愈。结论风疹主要表现为发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大,根据接触史,实验室检查可诊断本病。广泛开展风疹疫苗接种,是控制风疹疫情的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of rubella,in order to provide a basis for future prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 645 cases rubella patients. Results The incidence of the main crowd are students,more men than women. Use of traditional Chinese and western medicine symptomatic treatment,all cured. Conclusion The main characteristics of Rubella are fever,rash,swollen lymph nodes. According to the contact history,laboratory tests can diagnose this disease. Extensive rubella vaccine,rubella epidemic control is an effective means.更多还原
