京大戟石油醚提取部分化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的:对京大戟(Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr.)进行化学成分研究。方法:采用溶剂提取、硅胶、ODS柱色谱及制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从京大戟的石油醚提取部分分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为24-亚甲基-环阿尔廷醇(Ⅰ),大戟醇(Ⅱ),甘遂甾醇(Ⅲ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ系首次从该植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Euphorbia pekinensis. Methods:The components were isolated by means of sol- vent extraction, silica gel and ODS column chromatography and prepar- ative HPLC. The structures were elucidated by their physiochemical characteristics and spectral data. Results: Three compounds were iso- lated and elucidated as 24-methene-cycloartenol (Ⅰ) , euphol (Ⅱ) , tirucallol (Ⅲ). Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ were obtained from Euphorbia pekinensis for the first time.
