【摘要】 目的介绍用平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗血管瘤的方法。方法以平阳霉素、2%利多卡因、注射用水混悬液作血管瘤体内注射。每次注射的量视瘤体大小注入平阳霉素2~8 mg,但总量不超过80 mg。结果41例患儿经1~6次注射治疗后,治愈39例(95.12%),好转2例(4.88%),总有效率100%。结论平阳霉素对血管瘤皮细胞具有广泛的抑制作用,使血管内皮细胞回缩、破碎、血小板粘着、瘤体纤维化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce local injection of bleomycin for treatment of angioma.Methed Suspension containing bleomycin,2% lidocaine and injection water was injected once every 7-15 hours into angioma body with quantity based on the size of angioma.The dosage of bleomycin was 2-8 mg every injection and with the total maximum dose of 80 mg.Result Among 41 children cases,30 cases(95.12%)were cured and 2 cases(4.88%)were improved,with a total effective rate of 100% after 1-6 times of infection.Conclusion The bleomycin has the widespread inhibitory action to angioma cells,and causes retraction and destruction of blood vessel endothelial cells,the coherence of blood platelet and the fibrosis of lump body.The authors suggest that it is worth promoting clinical application.更多还原
