【摘要】 目的探讨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折的疗效。方法2003-01/2008-08,采用髁支持钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折14例。骨折按AO/ASIF分类:A2型1例,A3型1例,C1型3例,C2型4例,C3型5例。结果随访7~38个月,骨折愈合时间48个月,平均5.6个月,膝关节功能恢复良好,采用Merchan等提出的功能评定标准:优5例,良7例,中1例,差1例,优良率85.7%。结论采用髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折,固定牢靠,膝关节功能恢复好,是治疗股骨髁间髁上骨折的理想选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantages of condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures.Methods From January 2003 to August 2008,14 cases with femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures were treated with condylar buttress plate.The fractures were classified according to AO/ASIF:1 cases of A2,1 case of A3,3cases of C1,4 cases of C2,and 5 cases of C3.Results All patients were followed up for 7-38 months(average 13 months).All fractures healed in 4-8 months(average 5.6 months).The knees function recovered well.According to Merchan standard,the results were excellent in 5 cases,good in 7,fair in 1,and poor in 1.The excellent and good rate was 85.7%.Conclusion Condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory knee function recovery,which is optimal for supracondylar and intercondylar fractures.更多还原
