【摘要】 目的通过对结核病患者特殊检查时的心理护理及健康教育,以消除患者的恐惧心理,纠正不良健康行为,提高疾病的治愈率。方法通过对患者采取一对一的心理疏导及咨询、交谈、劝服、指导等方式来宣传健康教育内容。术前先预约、心理咨询;术中正确的使用心理暗示;术后对病人患者说明必要的注意事项。结果通过一对一的心理指导,健康教育及必要的治疗措施,取得良好效果。提高了结核病患者对肺结核疾病的认识及特殊检查的意义,增强了战胜疾病的信心,从而以平和的心态,面对现状,配合治疗。恐惧、焦虑患者,由原来的553例下降至65例,占11.5%;精神紧张、失眠的患者,由原来的511例下降至53例,占9.3%;害怕疼痛的患者,由原来的456例下降至44例,占7.8%;担心手术失败的患者,由原来的452例下降至39例,占6.9%。结论加强对结核病患者特殊检查的健康教育及心理护理,有助于疾病的恢复,提高患者的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through psychological nursing and health education in tuberculosis patients during fiberoptic bronchoscopy,to eliminate patients fears,to correct adverse health behaviors,and to increase the cure rate.Methods Health education was carried out by face-to-face psychological counseling and consultation throughout the fibroptic bronchoscopy examination.Before examination,an appointment of psychological consultation was made,in the examination,psychological suggestion was correctly applied,and after examination,matters needing attention were told to the patients.Results After Psychological nursing,health education and necessary freatment,the cases with fear and anxiety neurosis(553 cases),with mental stress and sleepless(511 cases),afraid of pain(456 cases)and worrying about failure in examination(452 cases) decreased to 65 cases(11.5%),53 cases(9.3%),44 cases(7.8%) and 39 cases(6.9%),respectively.Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing can increase patients compliance and contribute to recovery.更多还原
