【摘要】 目的:研究舒乐冲剂对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞模型的影响。方法:60只Wistar雌性大鼠分为:空白对照组、阳性药对照组、模型组、舒乐冲剂高、中、低剂量组。子宫注入20%苯酚糊剂0.01ml诱发大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕实验模型。分别连续灌胃给药30d后取血进行药效学的血液流变学检测,取子宫肉眼观察。结果:舒乐冲剂可显著改善造模大鼠输卵管通畅情况、降低输卵管炎症程度及改善血液流变学指标。结论:舒乐冲剂对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞模型有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the effect of Shule granules on barrenness with salpingitic block.Method:The model of barreeness with salpingitic block was set up by 20%phenol paste(0.01ml)was infused into uterus of white rats,sixty Female Wistar rats were divided into six group:blank drug group,positive drug group,model control group,low dose of Shule granules group,middle dose of Shule granules group,high dose of Shule granulese group.The Shule granules was administrated by continuous oral for 30d.At the end of the experiment,the influence of histology and blood rheology were researched.Result:Shule granules can significantly increased the number of normal salpingitic,lowered the degree of inflammation and improved the blood rheology.Conclusion:Shule granules has a good effect on the models of the salpingitic block of rats caused by phenol paste.更多还原
