【摘要】 目的:比较不同产地、不同炮制品知母中主要药效成分菝葜皂苷元含量。方法:以菝葜皂苷元含量为指标对不同产地、不同炮制品知母进行含量测定。结果:各产地知母中菝葜皂苷元的含量差别较大,经盐炙后菝葜皂苷元含量无明显差异。结论:山西产的知母中菝葜皂苷元含量最高;以菝葜皂苷元为主要治疗成分时,使用生品、盐炙品均可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review variety of sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae of different sources and different processed products.Method:HPLC-ELSD was used to determine sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae.Result:The distinction of sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae of different sources was obvious.The sarsasapogenin content was not obviously increased after processing. Conclusion:Radix Anemarrhenae of Shanxi Province has the highest sarsasapogenin content.And it is suggested that both the raw drugs and the stir-heating drugs with salt solution processed could be used when sarsasapogenin is used as the mainly therapeutic component.更多还原
