【摘要】 目的:观察冠脉宁片对犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:制备犬实验性急性心肌梗死模型后,十二指肠给药,阳性对照组给予丹参滴丸0.04g·kg^-1;实验低、中、高剂量组分别给予冠脉宁片相当于生药0.3,0.6,1.2g·kg^-1,考察心肌缺血范围、心肌缺血程度、血清酶学变化和心肌代谢物的变化。结果:冠脉宁片可改善心肌缺血程度,缩小心肌缺血范围,降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶的活性,减少乳酸、游离脂肪酸和过氧化脂质的量。结论:冠脉宁片对犬急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Guanmainin（GMN）tablet on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in dogs. Method:Dog models（n=30）with acute ischemia were prepared by ligation the left anterior descending coronary arteries,The dogs were divided four groups,the positive control group with radix salviae miltiorrhizae dropping pills 0.04g·kg^-1was given,the experiment high,medium,lowe doses groups with GMN tablet 0.3,0.6,1.2g·kg^-1were given,respectively.The anti-myocardial ischemia action was assessed,the changes in myocardial infarction size,and degree of myocardial infarction,the changes in serum serokinases and myocardial metabolism were determined.Result:GMN tablet decreased the activities of serum creatine phosphokinase and lactate dehydrogenase, reduced the content of lactic acid / free fatty acid/lipid peroxidation,improved myocardial ischemia and reduced the myocardial infarction area.Conclusion:GMN tablet play a prominent protective effect on myocardial ischemia in dogs.更多还原
