【摘要】 目的:建立去甲斑蝥素中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,HP-5MS柱(30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),火焰离子化检测器(FID),以水为溶剂,进行气相色谱分析,并以电子轰击(EI)为离子源,进行质谱(MS)分析。结果:证实残留溶媒为丙酮。结论:本方法简单、准确、灵敏,重复性好,适用于去甲斑蝥素中有机溶剂残留量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of residual organic solvents in Norcantharidin.Method:The samples were dissolved in water and were injected into HP-5MS capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm) by headspace sampler and analysed with FID detector.The structure of the residual solvent was determined by MS spectrum with EI as ion source.Result:The residual organic solvent was acetone.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.It can be used for the detemination of the residual solvents in Noicantharidin.更多还原
