【摘要】 目的:观察和评价阿魏酸钠与天麻素联用在治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变方面的作用。方法:将180例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组予阿魏酸钠与天麻素联合治疗,对照组予甲钴胺治疗,观察疼痛缓解情况及神经传导速度。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05),神经传导速度与对照组相当。结论:阿魏酸钠与天麻素联用在治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变方面效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of sodium fenilate combined with gastrodin on the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy.Method:A total of 180 patients with painful diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group:combination of sodium fenilate and gastrodin were used;control group was used mecobalamin.The rate of relief pain and the nerve conduction velocity were observed.Result:The rate of relief pain in treatment group was significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium fenilate and gastrodin has significant effect on the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy.更多还原
