【摘要】 目的:建立测定妇舒能洗剂中氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈为（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）分析柱,流动相:磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈（90:10）,流速:1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长:220nm。结果:氧化苦参碱在1.0～20.0μg·ml^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 4）。加样回收率为95.7%,RSD=1.56%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可以作为妇舒能洗剂的质量控制指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To set up a method for determining the content of Oxymatrine in Fushuneng Lotion.Method:HPLC was adopted,the liquid chromatography was carried out by Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,with detection wavelength at 220nm.the flow rate was 1ml·min^-1,the mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile（90:10）.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.0-20.0μg·ml^-1（r=0.999 4）.The average recoveries was 95.7%（RSD=1.6%）.Conclusion: The method is highly effective,quick and sensitive and therefore suitable for quality control of Fushuneng lotion.更多还原
