【摘要】 目的:建立复方小儿退热栓中胆红素含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil C₁₈（150mm×4.6mm,10μm）,流动相:二甲基亚砜-乙腈-0.5mol·L^-1醋酸铵缓冲液（用冰醋酸调pH为5.3）（6:6:7）,流速:1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长:452nm。结果:胆红素在0.020～0.100mg·ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.3%（RSD为1.1%）。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为复方小儿退热栓中胆红素的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination the content of bilirubin in compound children tuire suppositories. Method:The Hypersil C₁₈ column（150mm×4.6mm,10μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-dimethyl sulphoxide-0.5 mol?L^-1 ammonium acetate buffer solution（adjust the pH to 5.3 with glacial acetic acid）（6:6:7）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml?min^-1, and the detection wavelength was at 452nm.Result:Bilirubin showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.02-0.10mg·ml^-1,the average recovery was 98.30%with RSD of 1.1%.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,accurate,and repeatable.It can be used for determination the bilirubin in this preparation.更多还原
