【摘要】 目的:建立测定蝎龙接骨散活性成分血竭素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用VP-ODS（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（45:55）（用磷酸调pH为3.5）为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长:440nm。结果:血竭素在9.59～47.94μg·ml^-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率为99.75%（RSD =0.99%）。结论:本法简便,准确,可用于蝎龙接骨散中血竭素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of dracorhodin in Xielongjiegu powder.Method: Samples were determined by HPLC on a VP-ODS column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with a mixture of acetonitrile -0.05mol·L^-1 Natrium bihydrogen phosphanate（adjusted pH to 3.5 with phosphoric acid）（45:55） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 440nm.Result:The calibration curves of dracorhodin was linear from 9.59 to 47.94μg·ml^-1（r= 0.999 6）,the average recovery and RSD was 99.75%and 0.99%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for assay the content of dracorhodin in Xielongjiegu powder.更多还原
