荧光法测定茜草双酯固体分散体中茜草双酯的含量
Determination of Rubidate Solid Dispersion by Fluorescence Spectroscopy
【摘要】 目的:建立荧光法测定茜草双酯固体分散体中茜草双酯的含量。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,在激发波长363nm,发射波长441nm处测定荧光强度并定量。结果:确定了仪器及实验药品的最佳实验条件。结果表明在0.02~0.16μg·ml-1范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.4%。结论:本法具有操作简单,结果准确、快速,灵敏度高,线性范围宽等特点。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a fluorescence spectroscopy method for the determination of rubidate solid dispersion.Method: The solvent was ethanol.The fluorescent strength was detected at excitation wavelength of 363nm,and emission wavelength of 441nm. Result:In the range of concentration(0.02~0.16μg·ml-1),the linearity was exellent(r=0.999 9),and the average recoveries was 99.4%,RSD=1.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,quick,sensitive,wider linear range.It can be used as quality control of rubidate.
