【摘要】 目的:观察大鼠HE染色的卵巢组织病理形态变化,为复方中药治疗PCOS模型大鼠提供初步实验依据。方法:用Poresky法诱导多囊卵巢综合征大鼠,并分别以中药、西药(罗格列酮)、中西药联合治疗,观察大鼠卵巢重量、面积的变化及卵巢大体解剖及卵泡形态的改变,探讨几种不同情况下的大鼠卵巢形态学的变化。结果:复方中药能降低卵巢重量及卵巢平均面积,增加卵泡壁颗粒细胞层及黄体数量。结论:复方中药能改善PCO的情况和促进卵巢排卵功能的部分恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the change of rat ovary tissues pathology by HE dyes shape,and to provide the preliminary experiments basis for PCOS model rat treated with the traditional Chinese medicine.Method:PCOS model rat was induced by Poresky law.The ovary weight,the area change,the ovary gross anatomy and the follicular shape change in rat were observed,and ovary morphology change after treating with traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine(rosiglitazone),union medication were discussed,respectively. Result:The traditional Chinese medicine can reduced the ovary weight and the ovary average area,increased the follicular wall pellet cellular layer and yellow body quantity.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine can improve PCO situation and promote ovary ovulation function partly.更多还原
