采样式湿干两步法烟气排放连续监测技术
Continuous Emission Monitoring Technique Based on Extractive Wet-dry Two-step Method
【摘要】 介绍一种采样式湿干两步法烟气排放连续监测技术。其原理是将烟道中的高温烟气通过采样探头和伴热管线采集出来后直接通入高温伴热气体室,通过紫外差分算法分析测量SO2、NOx、HCl和NH3等气体组分。然后将被测气体冷凝、除水后测量CO、CO2等不溶于水的气体组分浓度。
【Abstract】 A novel extractive wet-dry two-step continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS) technique is introduced.The principle is that heated emission gas is sampled through probe and heated pipe, then is directly guided to a heated chamber where the concentration of some gases, such as SO2, NOx, HCl, and NH3, are analyzed using differential optical absorption spectroscopy algorithm.Then the gas is cooled and desiccated, and the concentration of CO/ CO2 is measured.
