【摘要】 目的探讨基层医院应用同步间歇指令通气(SIMV)治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效及可行性。方法46例新生儿呼吸衰竭行SIMV机械通气治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果46例患儿中,治愈32例,治愈率69.6%,放弃及死亡14例,占30.4%。结论同步间歇指令通气(SIMV)治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭疗效肯定,基层医院也可应用机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect and the feasibility of the treatment of synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV) for breath failure of the newborn infant in basic hospitals. Methods SIMV were used to treat 46 newborn infant with breath failure and the clinical effects were observed. Results among the 46 newborn infant,32 were cured,and the percent was 69.6%. 14 of them died or gave up their treatments and the percent was 30.4%. Conclusion The curative effect of SIMV in the treatment of breath failure in newborn infants is positive. In basic hospitals the mechanical ventilation can be used to treat breath failure in newborn infants.更多还原
