【摘要】 目的观察心宁片对心肌梗死后大鼠缺血心肌自由基的影响。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、麝香保心丸组以及心宁片高、中、低剂量组。动态Ⅱ导联心电图监测判断模型复制,取心肌组织TTC染色测定心肌梗死范围,颈动脉取血后用分光光度法检测心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果心宁片可改善模型大鼠心肌缺血区心电图ST段偏移程度,明显缩小心肌梗死面积,提高SOD的活性,减少脂质过氧化代谢产物MDA的含量。结论心宁片对动物结扎冠状动脉实验性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Xinning Pills on myocardial free radical in post-myocardial infarction rats.Methods:Myocardial ischemia models were made by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery.These models were divided randomly into the sham operation group,the model group,the Shexiangbaoxin Pills group,the Xinning pills high,median,lowdose group.The model copies were monitored and determined by the dynamic Ⅱ-lead ECG.The myocardial infarct sizes were detected by TTC stained.Contents of the SOD and the MDA were investigated by spectrophotometric after obtaining blood from carotid artery.Results:Xinning Pills did not only improve the shift extent of ST segment and reduce infarct sizes in rat models,but also increased the activity of SOD and decreased MDA contents of models.Conclusion:Xinning Pills could protect significantly the experimental myocardial ischemia in coronary artery ligation animal更多还原
