【摘要】 目的观察羌银解热汤对临床拟诊为流行性感冒患者的治疗作用。方法选择我院急诊临床诊断为流行性感冒患者患者,年龄7～60岁,以日夜百服咛作为对照组;以羌银解热汤为治疗组,根据临床表现分为风寒袭表型、风热袭表型、寒热混杂型三个亚组,均给予羌银解热汤治疗;用药2d后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果羌银解热汤组的总有效率(81.45%)及各亚组(风寒袭表型总有效率81.40%、风热袭表型总有效率85.37%、寒热混杂型总有效率77.50%)总有效率均明显高于日夜百服咛组(54.76%)。结论羌银解热汤对临床拟诊流行性感冒者具有显著的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qiangyinjiere Decocion on influenza.Methods:Patients with influenza,from 7 to 60 years old,were randomly divided into the control group with bufferin cold and the treatment group with Qiangyinjiere Decocion.According patients’symptoms,the treatment group classified into wind-cold attacking exterior group,wind-heat attacking exterior group,wind-cold-heat attacking exterior group.Treatments were provided for 2d.Therapeutic effects were assessed after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Qiangyinjiere Decocion was 81.45%.The total effective rates of three subgroups(the total effective rates of wind-cold attacking exterior group,wind-heat attacking exterior group and wind-cold-heat attacking exterior group are respectively 81.40%,85.37%,77.50%) were significantly prior to that of the bufferin cold group(54.76%).Conclusion:Qiangyinjiere Decoction has remarkably effective in treating influenza.更多还原
