【摘要】 目的观察糖骨康对糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度(BMD)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血清骨钙素(BGP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)以及尿Ca、P含量的影响。方法将139例糖尿病骨质疏松患者随机分为治疗组74例与对照组65例,治疗组服用中药糖骨康汤剂,对照组服用盖天力片,30d为1疗程;治疗前后检测BMD、FBG、HbA1c和血清BGP、Ca、P以及尿Ca、P指标情况。结果治疗后两组BMD和血清BGP显著上升,FBG、HbA1c和尿Ca、P含量显著下降,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论糖骨康具有调节糖尿病骨质疏松患者Ca、P代谢,降低血糖,抑制骨质疏松的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Tanggukang Decoction on bone density(BMD),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the content of bone gla protein(BGP),calcium(Ca),phosphours(P) in the serum and Ca,P in urine of patients of diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods:139 cases patients of diabetes with osteoporosis were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=74) were treated by Tanggukang Decoction,and control group(n=65) were treated by Gaitianli Tablet,with one treatment period of 30d.The BMD,FBG,HbA1c,and the content of BGP,Ca,P in the serum and Ca,P in urine were measured before and after treatment.Results:The BMD and BGP of serum increased significantly,and the FBG,HbA1c and the content Ca,P in urine decreased significantly in both group after treatment.The treatment group was more improved than those of control group.Conclusion:Through regulating the metabolism of Ca and P,Tanggukang Decoction could decrease fasting blood sugar,and prevent the osteoporosis of patients with diabetes.更多还原
