【摘要】 通过对河北省96家企业的问卷调查,对企业参与职业教育的动因进行因素分析发现,企业参与合作教育的动因首先是追求人才素质的提高,然后是技术资源提升和知识整合、短期利益,在人才培养中追求文化融合,最后是聘用计划。影响企业参与职业教育积极性的因素依次是企业的利益得不到实现、缺乏合作机制、政府缺少相关政策引导以及缺乏系统的保障机制,这些因素直接影响了企业在参与过程中的行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Questionnaire investigation on 96 enterprises and analysis on motivation of participating in vocational education of enterprises show that,the motivations of enterprises participating in vocational education include: the first is enhancing personnel qualities,the second is enhancing technical resources,seeking knowledge integration,short-term benefit and cultural integration,and the last is appointment plan. Factors influencing the positivity of enterprise participating in vocational education are the following in order: enterprise’s benefit hasn’t been achieved,the lack of cooperation mechanism,the lack of policy guidance of government and systemic assurance mechanism.更多还原
