【摘要】 目的:探讨超声诊断甲状腺癌漏、误诊的原因,提高诊断率。方法:分析术前超声检查诊断不明或漏、误诊30例经手术及病理证实的甲状腺癌。结果:术前超声误诊为结节性甲状腺肿及甲亢伴结节的15例,误诊甲状腺腺瘤的3例,诊断不明确建议定期复查的12例。结论:超声检查应注意到良恶性结节并存以及疾病变化的可能,以提高术前超声诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To discuss the factors leading to misdiagnosis of thyroid carcinoma on ultrasonography.[Method]Thirty cases of misdiagnosed thyroid carcinoma by ultrasonography were analyzed.[Result]In cases of misdiagnosed thyroid carcinoma ,there were 15 cases of nodular goiter,3 cases of adenoma,and 12 suspected cases.[Conclusion]It should be noticed that several thyroid diseases can coexist in the same thyroid.It is helpful in the accuracy of diagnostic ultrasound.更多还原
