【摘要】 目的:通过开展多项业余辅导和培训,强化对本科护理专业特色护士的培养,以应对日益严峻的就业形势。方法:对我校03级本科护理班学生采取自愿报名,分别开设英语、急重症和社区护理的业余辅导。结果:通过培训,大大提高了各辅导班学生英语、急重症和社区护理的理论水平、动手能力和独立工作能力。结论:在高校中开展多项业余辅导和培训,对培养涉外护理、急重症护理、社区护理的特色护士颇有成效,具有一定可行性,并能增强就业的竞争力,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To train nursing students in their spare time to equip them with specialized skills for preparation for the increasingly fierce competition in the job market.[Method]Part - time coaching and training projects of English,emergency and intensive nursing and community nursing were provided for undergraduate nursing students of enrollment year 2003 according to their wishes.[Result]Those attended the part - time training programs had improvement in their level of English,theoretical knowledge of emergency & intensive nursing and community nursing,hands on ability,and independent working.[Conclusion] These part - time training programs are effective and feasible in equipping students with specialized skills,such as nurses for export program,emergency and intensive nursing program and community nursing program.They can also strengthen the employment competitiveness,and is worthy of promoting.更多还原
