【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病患者医院内感染的特点,提供防治措施。方法:回顾性统计分析74例糖尿病医院内感染患者年龄、性别、住院时间、感染部位、病原菌分布特征及感染率、病死率。结果:糖尿病住院患者医院感染发生率7.54%,病死率13.51%。感染部位以呼吸道和泌尿道为主,两者占86.67%。病原菌检出阳性率77.92%,革兰氏阴性(G~-)菌占53.85%,革兰氏阳性(G~+)菌占24.62%,真菌占21.54%。结论:糖尿病患者易发生医院内感染,应对其加强医院感染监测和综合防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]This article aims to explore the characteristics of the nosocomial infection of diabetes mellitus so as to provide prevention and control measures.[Method]74 patients with diabetes mellitus were retrospectively studied,including their age,sex,hospitalization time,infection site,distribution of pathogens,infection rate and mortality rate.[Results]The study showed that the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection among diabetic patients was 7.54%,and the mortality rate was 13.51%.The average age was 69.45±11.29;the sex ratio was 0.95;the average hospital stay was 33.92±24.92 days. Two major infection sites were respiratory system and urinary tract,accounting for 86.67%of the total prevalence rate of infection sites.The detectable rate of the pathogenic bacteria was 77.92%,Gram-negative bacteria(53.85%),Gram- positive bacteria(24.62%),and fungi(21.54%).[Conclusion]It can be concluded that nosocomial infection is easy to occur to diabetic patients,and thereby we should strengthen the monitoring of the nosocomial infection and the comprehensive prevention.更多还原
