某钨业公司采选改扩建工程项目职业病危害预评价

【摘要】 目的评价、识别某钨业公司开采、选矿改扩建项目的职业病危害因素。方法采取类比法、风险评估法、检查表法等相结合的原则进行评价。结果该建设项目可能存在的主要职业危害因素是:矽尘、电焊烟尘、砷化物、钨、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、硫化氢、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、噪声与振动、氡及其子体、密闭空间作业导致缺氧窒息等。结论该拟建工程为职业病危害严重的建设项目,项目设计拟采取的职业病危害防护措施基本齐全,从职业病预防角度考虑是可行的。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate and identify the occupational hazards of mining and separation expanding project of a tungsten industry company.[Methods]Analogy method, risk assessment method and check list method were combined to perform evaluation.[Results]The major occupational hazards in this project were silica dust, welding fumes, arsenic, tungsten, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, noise and vibration, radon and its daughters, hypoxia asphyxia caused by operation in confined spaces.[Conclusion]As a construction project with serious occupational hazards, occupational hazard protective measures to be taken in the project design is basically complete, the project is feasible from the perspective of occupational diseases control.
