湖北省部分霍乱弧菌毒力基因和基因分型结果分析
Analysis on Virulence Gene and Genotyping of Vibrio cholera in some areas of Hubei Province
【摘要】 目的检测霍乱弧菌毒力基因和基因分型,为科学防治提供依据。方法用PCR方法检测从湖北省部分地区的猪肉、基围虾、湖水、病人、病人厕所等处采集标本培养分离血清学分型确认的霍乱弧菌毒力基因,采用脉冲场电泳技术(PPGE)检测霍乱弧菌基因分型。结果同一地区的猪肉、基围虾、湖水中O1群小川型霍乱弧菌基因分型结果一致,毒力基因阴性;病人及病人厕所O139群霍乱弧菌基因分型结果一致,毒力基因为阳性。结论检测猪肉、基围虾、湖水中霍乱弧菌毒力基因阴性的结果,可以为现场提供避免采取应急防治措施的依据,节约大量的社会和人力资源。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To detect the virulence gene and genotyping of Vibrio cholera,and provide evidence for scientific control.[Methods]Serotypes of Vibrio cholera were isolated from samples of pork,shrimp,lake water,patients and patients’ stool in some areas of Hubei Province.And then these serotypes were cultured and detected with PCR method to definite the virulence gene.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was adopted to detect the genotypes of Vibrio cholera.[Results]The results of gene typing of Genetic Group O1,Genotype Ogawa from pork,shrimp and lake water in identical areas were the same,and the virulence gene was negative.The results of gene typing of Genetic Group O139 from patients and patients’ toilets in identical areas were the same.And the virulence gene was positive.[Conclusion]The results that virulence gene of Vibrio cholera from pork,shrimp and lake water are negative show that emergency measures are not necessary to be taken,therefore,numerous social and human resources can be saved.
