【摘要】 目的探讨成分输血的临床应用及发展趋势。方法统计盘锦市自2000—2007年的临床用血资料,计算成分血使用率。结果总用血量和成分血使用率增加,全血使用比例减少,从2000年的18822U降至2007年的23849U;成分血使用率由2000年的31%升至2007年的83%。。结论成分输血具有疗效好,安全,节约血源等优点,是现代输血技术发展的必然趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the clinical application development trend of blood component transfusion.[Methods]The clinical data of blood transfusion in Panjin city during 2000-2007 was collected,and the utilization rate of blood components was calculated.[Results]The total blood consumption and the utilization rate of blood components increased,and the utilization rate of blood components increased from 31% in 2000 to 83% in 2007. The whole blood consumption reduced from 18 822 U in 2000 to 23 849 U in 2007. [Conclusion]Blood component transfusion is the inevitable trend of modem blood transfusion technique,which has advantages of good therapeutic effect,safety and saving blood sources.更多还原
