某硫酸法钛白粉生产装置的职业病危害关键控制点

【摘要】 目的通过对某硫酸法钛白粉生产装置职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定其职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测检验方法。结果硫酸法钛白粉生产装置存在的职业病危害因素是二氧化钛粉尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温及热辐射、二氧化硫、三氧化硫及硫酸等,检测结果表明,粉尘和噪声是超标情况较多的职业病危害因素。结论硫酸法钛白粉生产装置职业病防治应从关键控制点着手,主要是对工作场所粉尘、噪声及有毒化学物的控制。

【Abstract】 [Objective] Through occupational hazard factors identification and analysis of a sulfate-based titanium dioxide production unit that determine the occupational hazard critical control points. [Methods]On-site occupational health study and detection test of occupational hazard factor were adopted. [Results] Occupational hazard factors of sulfate-based titanium dioxide production unit was titanium dioxide dust, other dust, noise, heat and thermal radiation, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid, and so on; Test results showed that dust and noise were the main occupational hazard factors of exceeding the standard. [Conclusion] Prevention of occupational diseases of sulfate-based titanium dioxide production unit should begin at critical control point, mainly in the control of the workplace dust, noise and toxic chemicals.
