酱油中铅的石墨炉原子吸收直接测定法

【摘要】 目的建立一种直接测定酱油中铅的石墨炉原子吸收法。方法样品直接用1%硝酸稀释加入磷酸二氢铵溶液与硝酸镁溶液作基体改进剂,提高灰化温度和原子化温度后,采用仪器提供的标准加入法消除基体干扰后测定。结果磷酸二氢铵与硝酸镁混合液作基体改进剂能降低样品的基体对测定结果的影响。加标的回收率为93%~104%,线性检测范围为0~50μg/L。相关系数为0.9992~0.9997,方法检出限为0.16μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.0%。结论采用磷酸二氢铵与硝酸镁混合液作基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收法,仪器提供的标准加入法直接测定酱油中的铅,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、检出限低,结果可靠,适合酱油中铅的检测分析。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a direct determination of lead in soy sauce.[Methods]After the dilution with 1%nitric acid,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution and magnesium nitrate solution were added in the samples as matrix modifier.Improving the ashing temperature and atomization temperature,eliminating matrix interference by using standard addition method provided equipment,and then the lead was detected.[Results]The matrix modifier of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate solution could reduce the effect of sample matrix on the results of the determination.The recovery of standard addition was 93%-104%,Linear detection range was 0~50 μg/L.Correlation coefficient was 0.9992~0.9997,the detection limit was 0.16 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 1.0%.[Conclusion] The direct determination of lead,which adopts ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate solution as matrix modifier,GFAAS and standard addition method provided equipment,is simple,rapid,sensitive,reliable and proper for the detection of lead in soy sauce.
